Relatives and friends of the young woman run over, claim to be attended by Judge Roberto Saldaña, and demand that the person responsible for the accident not be released. Leticia Magalí Arzamendia (19) was seriously injured in a road accident last Saturday at approximately 3:00 am, when she was transported on a motorcycle driven by a 24-year-old young man.
After being rammed, the Fiat Strada vehicle fled. However, the police officers found the abandoned car a few blocks after the event, while the driver appeared several hours later at the police station where the breathalyzer test gave a positive 1.39 g of blood alcohol.
As a result of the accident, Magalí is hospitalized in an induced coma at risk of life, while the motorcycle driver had fractures of the tibia, fibula and femur.
For this reason, Magalí’s relatives and friends mobilized in front of Investigating Court 1, in charge of Judge Roberto Saldaña, asking that one of the relatives be received, and demanding that the driver of the Fiat Strada vehicle not be released.
