A man who is said to have shot his mother’s partner in Melk last night and then holed himself up in a house was arrested during the night. After the bloody deed, a large number of executives, including the special unit Cobra, were deployed. The mother of the alleged shooter is said to have been in the house during the crime. The woman was unharmed, according to the police spokesman. She suffered severe shock and received psychological care.
