In order to create conditions that facilitate economic activity, the Vallejo Industrial Association (AIVAC) and the mayor’s office Azcapotzalcofrom Mexico City, presented the package of actions for this 2023 in the area of Vallejo-i.

According to the mayoress, Margarita Saldaña, a round table was held with the AIVAC to generate a strategy to improve the infrastructure of urban services, elements that are necessary for industrial dynamics and also to not affect the quality of life of the population of the area.

For example, it was agreed with the private sector to allocate resources from the Vallejo Trust to patching works in the area. Another point is that a road operation for heavy and articulated vehicles will be designed for the month of July.

For this plan there are two objectives, the first is related to the start of the sales season in store chains and supermarkets; while the second point aims to reduce the discontent of neighbors and chaos in the mayor’s office.

“The cooperation links that exist between the administration of Mayor Margarita Saldaña and Vallejo businessmen create conditions that facilitate their economic activity, by resolving demands for urban services and public works,” said Jorge Palacios Arroyo, General Director of Economic Development of the town hall.

Palacios Arroyo assured that the implementation of this plan serves as a response to the resources that the mayor’s office does not have, “it contributes to all of us collaborating in improving this investment area.”

The Vallejo-i project aims to take advantage of the industrial vocation of Azcapotzalco and of the Pantaco customs, so that more companies and Generate the most important industrial innovation cluster in the Valley of Mexicoin a context where there is an international economic conversion.

Trainings

During the work table, the president of the AIVAC, Arturo García Aparicio, urged his members to attend the training given by Civil Protection Azcapotzalco, this based on the dynamics that exist within the industrial activities in Vallejo.

“There is nothing better than training to prevent; It is very important that our Safety and Hygiene teams are trained so that we continue to be a model group in the prevention of accidents”, added the businessman.
