The last French club in the running in European competition, OGC Nice drew Thursday against Basel (2-2) and will play their qualification at home on April 20.

Nice can always believe in the semi-finals. In a match of great importance for the French UEFA coefficient, the Aiglons traveled to Switzerland to face FC Basel, Thursday April 13, in the quarter-finals of the Europa League conference. Thanks to a double from Terem Moffi, including a superb scissor goal, the Aiglons drew (2-2) which allows them to believe in qualification in the return match at home, on April 20.

Led from the penalty spot after a foul by Jean-Clair Todibo, the Azureans struck twice in seven minutes before the break, thanks to two goals from the former Lorient player. But Zeki Amdouni, also a double scorer, responded to Moffi by spoiling the beautiful evening in Nice with a header from close range twenty minutes from time.
