An operation by the Ministry of Commerce detected irregularities in the Fair Prices program and violations of municipal regulations in the Jumbo hypermarket in Sen Martín.

That is why the Secretariat headed by Matías Tombolini, carried out an inspection operation in the Hypermarket located at Calle San Lorenzo 3773, which led to its closure.

The operation was carried out due to the receipt of repeated reports of non-compliance in said branch.

Various irregularities related to missing merchandise and stock were corroborated, mainly in the areas of perfumery, personal care, cleaning, oils, tuna, flour, herbs, and noodles.

Also the absence of signaling of the products that are part of said program. As a result of the high level of non-compliance by the supermarket, the verifiers proceeded to draw up the corresponding minutes.
