The trailer shows a throwback to the legendary chase from “Fast & Furious Five” when the crew (then including the late Paul Walker) a Safe by chains and sports cars across a highway grind. They pulled down many cars and demolished them. In one of them, as we learn in the trailer, was Jason Momoa’s character, he was there as a driver and bodyguard.
His car was pulled down by the safe, he was the only one who survived – and now he wants to shed blood. The trailer features huge explosions, cars spinning through the air, wild gunfights and of course a lot of “family”. Vin Diesel is also allowed to threw phrases that have long been familiar from the series: “Winning used to be about winning. We raced for respect. Today I race to stop the bloodshed.”
Fans love the films for that very reason and will be looking forward to seeing many old friends again, including Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, John Cena, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Helen Mirren and Jordana Brewster. In addition to Jason Momoa, another superstar will join the series in part 10, namely Brie Larson, known from Marvel films.
“Fast & Furious 10” will in German cinemas on May 18th start.
