Fast & Furious 10 starts in cinemas in May and then heralds the beginning of the end of the film series: there will be an eleventh part, but after that it will finally be over. But before that happens, Dom Toretto and his family will face their most dangerous opponent to date. Now there is a new trailer.

It gets personal

Although Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto lives in the fast lane, his past finally catches up with him in Fast & Furious 10: a certain Dante (Jason Momoa) is determined to end Dom and his crew once and for all to clear the way. The reason for this is – as so often – quite personal, because: Dante is the son of the Brazilian drug lord Reyes, whom Dom killed in Fast & Furious 5 (2011) in Rio de Janeiro and at the same time brought his empire down. The latest trailer shows, among other things, how Dante lures Dom’s family into a trap and then chases through the streets of the Vatican with an oversized bomb – and ultimately even detonates it. This clearly shows that Dante’s plans for revenge are based on a great spectacle that should last throughout the entire duration of the film. Many more action scenes can be seen in the video, which take place in London, Portugal and Los Angeles, among other places.

Return of many stars

In addition to Vin Diesel, Fast & Furious 10 will see many more familiar faces from the franchise return. These include Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, John Cena, Scott Eastwood, Sung Kang, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel and Jordana Brewster. With Brie Larson, Alan Richtson, Daniela Melchior and Rita Moreno there are also a number of prominent newcomers.

Fast & Furious 10 is directed by Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk, The Transporter). In Germany, the film will be released in cinemas on May 17, 2023.
