On Friday afternoon A motorcyclist died after colliding with an ambulance from the Berisso SAME service that was out of service at the corner of 13 and 153 in that city.
The medical vehicle was driven by a 23-year-old mechanic, while the fatal victim was identified as Claudio Gomez Lopez35 years old.
At first, the case being investigated by UFI No. 10 was labeled “Wrongful Injuries”, but later the charges against the mechanic were expanded to “wrongful homicide”, once the death at the Larrain Hospital was confirmed.
Later, according to police sources told 0221.com.ar death occurred, reported by the doctor on duty at the care center.
The case was left in the hands of the UFI in Culpable Crimes Shift and the accused person was identified by his initials as RS
