And it is that to leave no doubt about her animalist side, the multi-member deputy also shared the story of a mistreated dog that she helped to rescue.
It was on her Instagram account where the singer of the street of mermaids shared the publication of a veterinarian, a friend of his, who briefly recounted the story of how the member of Kabah helped him rescue a dog sick with cancerwhich was allegedly being used as a breeding medium.
According to the medical specialist, the deputy for the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico was responsible for the expenses related to the treatment of the dog, which was in very poor condition when it was found.
“She arrived and, after having had cancer so many times that they forced her to give birth and take it away to sell her puppies, @federicaquijano paid for her chemo and treatment”, explained Dr. Eduardo Luna.
She also said that the singer entrusted the animal to her to take care of her for the short time she had left, since the dog was already of advanced age. “One day @federicaquijano entrusted me with taking care of her, despite being almost 15 years old.”
To conclude his story, the veterinarian mentioned that the dog, named Margaret, had already passed away, however, he appreciated the opportunity to live with her and recognized the work of the singer of passing bybecause it gave him a better life during his last years.

I am writing these lines and I cannot help but dry my tears when I think of my old lady that I loved in that short time”, added the animal health specialist.

At the end of this month of April 2023, Federica Quijano uploaded a postcard where she appears with her new pet, and stated that she will be very happy taking care of her and appreciating her company.
