Rodolfo Carrión, better known as ‘Felpudini’celebrates 50 years of artistic career and will celebrate it with the premiere of “I’m innocent”Peruvian film that brings the renowned national comedian to the big screen.

“I’m Innocent” will be released on Thursday, January 19 in all movie theaters nationwide, opening the 2023 national premiere season.

At 71 years of age, Rodolfo Carrión shows off that particular talent to give life to ‘Anacleto’, alias ‘Lagartija’, a hotel bellboy who, due to his special personality, will make the audience laugh with his peculiar occurrences.

Participating in “Soy Inocente” is one of the projects that the Peruvian actor appreciates. “Anacleto is a snoop, controlling, a bad person, rabid, with his liver in his hand, if it were me I would just greet him (laughs), but it had to be done and it’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve done for cinema . Thanks to Julián Zucchi and Yiddá Eslava, one day I told them that I am in love with them, because of their personality, because of the beautiful things they have given me, because of their people skills, because of their ability to give and love the rest”. Rodolfo Carrión pointed out about his return to the cinema.

‘Felpudini’ talks about the heart attacks he had

According to the national actor himself, he is a survivor: “Life survives because there are more good things than bad.”

“I am revived. I’m going to tell you something, I was shooting the movie (‘I am innocent’) in September and in Ica, when we finished I came here to have a check-up (in Lima) and they diagnosed me: ‘your heart is at 20%’. I couldn’t believe it!”counted.

“So up front they had to admit me to the National Cardiovascular Institute (Incor), for them my infinite gratitude, I see that they are perfectly organized. It is one of the few institutions that works in Peru. Thank you because you treated me wonderfully and not for being known or for having a staff, but because I admired the mystique with which you treat everyone. That moved me.”he added.

Owner of infinite creativity and possessor of a talent like few others, Rodolfo Carrión returns to the big screen to celebrate life and his 50-year career.

The film “I’m Innocent” also features performances by Edgar Vivar, Pablo Ruiz, Yarlo Ruiz, Yiddá Eslava, Patricia Portocarrero, Mariella Zanetti, Pietro Sibille, among others. Produced by Julián Zucchi and directed by Pedro Flores Maldonado.
