The EA Help Twitter account acknowledged that there was “a problem” with the servers. “But we are on the spot (…) We put you back in the game as soon as possible.”
The FIFA Mobile Twitter account also said it was “investigating” into this situation. “We are investigating reports of some players being unable to log into FIFA Mobile and will provide an update in this thread when available.”
