The fire brigade in Velbert responded to an apartment fire on Thursday. A kitchen caught fire. Nobody got hurt.

To a apartment fire the fire brigade had to go on Thursday afternoon (January 5th). Velbert North Street move out. There was one on the first floor for reasons that have not yet been clarified kitchen on fire. According to the fire brigade, the affected residents were able to get to safety in good time.

Since there was extensive smoke development, the emergency services brought the residents of the second floor to safety via the turntable ladder. Nobody was injured. The fire was under control after a short time.

According to the fire brigade, the full-time fire engine and three vehicles from the volunteer fire brigade were in action.
