In September, the newspaper did a review of YouTuber Pontus Rasmusson from Ingelstad, which showed, among other things, how he sexualized minors in his videos. The review led to Youtube shut down his entire channel.

Just before Christmas this year, he launched a new website where followers could view his deleted videos for free. On the website was the Children’s Cancer Foundation’s old logo and it also said that the website would donate some money from his clothes to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.

The Children’s Cancer Foundation: “Nothing we approved”

Even in 2020, Pontus Rasmusson claimed that he would donate one crown to the Children’s Cancer Foundation for each new subscriber, but the Children’s Cancer Foundation themselves believe that this has not happened.

“The Children’s Cancer Foundation has never had any collaboration with Pontus Rasmusson and will not in the future either. That he uses our old logo is not something we approve of or stand behind,” wrote Maria Hansson, press officer at the Children’s Cancer Foundation in an email to SvD.

When the organization became aware of this, they asked Rasmusson to remove the logo, which has now been done.
