Dani Alves has given his first exclusive interview since Brians 2 prison after being denounced by a 23-year-old girl who says that he sexually assaulted her in the private bathroom of the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on the night of December 30.
In a chat with journalist Mayka Navarro, from The vanguardwhich will be published in parts throughout the morning, the player defends his innocence and acknowledges his infidelity to his still wife, the Tenerife model Joana Sanz.
“I have decided to give this interview, my first interview since I have been here, so that people know what I think. Let them know the story from what I experienced that morning in that bathroom. Until now a very frightening story of fear and terror has been told, which has nothing to do with what happened, nor with what I did”, says the Brazilian.

Regarding the fingerprints in the bathroom collected by the agents, which support the young woman’s story, she says: “I don’t know when she touched those places. But none of those movements that she has said that I forced her to do are true and the scratch is from remaining on her knees while she performed fellatio on me. There is not a single mark on her body that explains the violence with which she says that I moved her in the bathroom.
How was the night at the disco?
Alves also denies having drunk a lot, as he had said in one of his versions. “We had a bottle of champagne, but when they (the complainant and hers, two of her companions) approached our table I had been drinking water for a while”.

Your opinion about the complainant
Alves says he does not understand why the complainant collapses when leaving the bathroom. “Well, no matter how many times I think about it, I don’t know either. It occurs to me that there is someone who gave you bad advice. That he felt bad after doing it, that he took a step forward and that he has no longer known how to get out of the mess he has gotten himself into and the one he has gotten me into. I appeal to your conscience. There has not been a single night that I have not slept peacefully. Not a single night. I have a clear conscience. I have never willfully hurt anyone. And neither did she that night. I don’t know if she has a clear conscience, if she sleeps well at night. but i forgive her”.
