PAYBACK is very popular in Germany and is recognized by consumers for the program in general, as well as for its app, customer service and promotions: PAYBACK wins in all four categories of the “German Bonus Awards” and was awarded the ” Program of the Year”, for “the best app”, the “best customer service” and also “the best campaign”. “The greatest success for us is this great direct feedback from program users! It spurs us on to keep increasing the customer benefits of PAYBACK with many strong partners, innovations and services,” says Sandra Prinzenberg, Vice President Multichannel Marketing.
The “German Bonus Awards” honor the achievements of bonus and loyalty programs that inspire users and help them save. “The majority of Germans use bonus programs. This puts us well above the European average in Germany. With our award, we want to appreciate convincing programs,” says the initiator, author and bonus expert Ulf-Gunnar Switalski, also known as “UpgradeGuru”. He has been involved with loyalty programs for 30 years and passes his knowledge on to consumers in online magazines, books and columns. More than 45,000 participants voted this year.
