A series of storms that brought massive rains this Sunday also left a large number of delays and cancellations at South Florida airports.
As of 8 p.m. this Sunday, Miami International Airport reported 386 delays and 62 cancellations, while Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport reported 331 delays and 25 cancellations.
More than three inches of rain was reported in Pompano Beach, while Hollywood had more than two and a half inches. For its part, the city of Allapattah had just under two and a half inches of rain.
