Flight Levels Day will take place on June 16, 2023 for the third time. The organizers dpunkt.verlag and heise Developer are organizing the online conference again in cooperation with the Flight Levels Academy and have put together a conference program that addresses executives, product managers and agile role holders such as Scrum Masters or Product Owners alike. There you will receive practice-oriented answers to possible questions about the use of Flight Levels – to make the leap from team agility to business agility. In addition, four multi-day training courses can be attended, which are certified by the Flight Levels Academy.

The program The all-day online conference not only offers well-founded lectures on the theory of flight levels, but also provides insights into practical work with the agile method. This is how Julia Tuppek and Andreas Förch welcome the participants an agile transformation journey in your company with, while Rafael Huber and David Lehmann from the Coordination of 16 teams with over 100 people to report.

After the lectures, the participants can enter into an interactive exchange within a social layer with the speakers and other conference visitors. At the end of the conference day, Flight Levels pioneers Klaus Leopold and Sigi Kaltenecker will moderate an expert panel to reflect on the day.

After completing the training, the participants receive a “Certificate of Completion” from the Flight Levels Academy.

With the early bird discount currently in effect, the cost of a conference ticket is EUR 229 (all prices plus 19% VAT), after May 15 it is EUR 269. Group discounts are valid for three or more people in the online ticket shop calculated automatically. The multi-day online training courses, conducted by LEANability GmbH, can also be booked there for EUR 2,090 each. Those who take part with their team can also benefit from a group discount on the training courses: if three people book one of the training courses, the third person takes part free of charge.
