Parral.- The South Zone District Prosecutor’s Office, through the State Investigation Agency (AEI), captured Rubén VH by arrest warrant, who appears as likely responsible for the crime that violates compliance with the food obligation.
Accused for failing to contribute various economic amounts for alimony for his daughter, in the period from September 2018 to September 2022, in the city of Parral.
Following up on the complaint filed against him and the evidence obtained in the investigation, it was possible for a First Instance Judge of the Hidalgo Judicial District to issue the arrest warrant that was served on him yesterday, Thursday, May 11, on Avenida The Fifths.
The accused, 42 years old, was made available to the court that required him to be taken to the hearing where the Public Ministry will formulate charges against him.
