The rise in the dollar is generating atypical behavior in the local real estate market. The sharp increase in the US currency causes a favorable exchange rate for citizens of neighboring countries, who take advantage of this situation and choose our country to study in different faculties, but with one in particularaccording to a report prepared by the College of Hammers of La Plata.

Thus, students arrive with physical dollars and exchange them in the parallel market, where they obtain almost twice as many pesos as in the official market, which generates a flow of income with which they can sustain their daily lives without problems and at much lower costs than the they would have in their countries of origin.
