During the evening came the long-awaited announcement by the players of Fortnite Chapter 4since the update to the version 23.20 it will arrive in a few hours, following the inevitable phase of scheduled maintenance of the servers.
According to what was declared by Epic Games on the official social channels, the free battle royale will go offline tomorrow, Wednesday 18 January 2023starting from 10:00 of the Italian time zone. As usual, matchmaking will be disabled a few minutes before the servers shut down, so that all games in progress can finish just in time for the maintenance. Obviously we don’t know the exact duration of this phase, but it is very likely that the game will remain offline for an hour.
As for the innovations introduced with the new update, we must expect the arrival of Falcons of Jurors, the last of the gadgets seen in the Season 1 announcement trailer that hasn’t yet made its debut in the game. The update will also contain upcoming weekly challenges and mid-season skins that still cannot be unlocked for Battle Pass owners.
