Rivalry has always existed between the two Algerian and Moroccan peoples. Indeed, this rivalry has been seen in many areas and on multiple occasions. Moreover, only a few days ago, in Seine-et-Marne in France, two nationals from these two countries were involved in a brawl which ended in stabbings.
The facts date back to May 2, around 11:50 p.m. thirty years, have degenerated.
Seine-et-Marne: an Algerian and a Moroccan involved in a violent attack
Following the investigation launched to determine the background of this fight between these two foreign nationals, and after viewing the surveillance camera videos, the justice services managed to clarify this case. The fight first broke out between the two men in the hotel parking lot.
In addition, the loser of this first brawl decided to take revenge by dealing four stab wounds to his opponent before in turn taking a shot on the head with a glass vase. This second violent fight broke out when the two nationals planted themselves in the lobby of the hotel reserved for foreign nationals.
A pronounced OQTF for the aggressor
The victim who received the stab wounds required an emergency transfer to the hospital. In particular because of the serious condition of his injuries to his upper body, chest, forearms and chest. For his part, the attacker was presented, two days later, in court.
According to the testimonies collected by the investigators, reports actu.fr, this aggression took place because of the repeated insults and the constant provocations, but also of the state of intoxication of the aggressor. During the latter’s hearing, the prosecutor demanded two years in prison before the judge pronounced the sentence of 15 months in prison, 6 of which were suspended and a warrant of committal. A ban on carrying a weapon for five years and an obligation to leave French territory were also pronounced by the judge in charge of this case.
