Algerian neo-international Farès Chaibi continues to perform well. He struck again this afternoon against Montpellier, scoring the second goal of the victory.

Unsurprisingly, Farès Chaibi was reappointed to the starting lineup this afternoon during the match against FC Toulouse Montpellier, on behalf of the 30th day of Ligue 1 Uber Eats. He put on a very good performance and the least we can say, he was the great architect of his team’s victory, which won with a score of two goals to one.

Indeed, and after two dangerous attempts, the new Algerian international scored the second goal of the victory five minutes from the end. Recovering a ball pushed back by the opposing goalkeeper, the 20-year-old midfielder, in a role of surface fox, manages to double the bet.

It’s the second straight game he’s scored. Last Thursday, he was the author of the only goal against Annecy which allowed his team to qualify for the final of the Coupe de France.

With this victory, FC Toulouse climbed to 12th place in the table with 38 points on the clock.
