Andreas Ender from Hohenems has been working on his biggest concept for a year: building the “gallery.T69” gallery. The artist and professional photographer invited to the eighth exhibition last Saturday
“SELECTed.08” is installed until March 18, 2023 and can be visited during the general opening hours. On the ground floor, the exhibition shows “The Red Line”. The city of Hohenems is implementing this project together with the Institute for Social Services and would like to encourage everyone to show civil courage and not to conceal or endure partner violence. The ifs women’s counseling center for sexual violence and the Hittisau Women’s Museum designed and implemented the exhibition together.
The concept of the gallery is to show “art in public space”. The visitors come across the exhibited works of art by chance or intentionally and can consume them. Among other things, this also shortens the waiting time in the group practice Dr. Hechenberger / Dr. barta The participating artists present their works – spread over three floors. Sponsors who sponsor an artist give them the opportunity to exhibit their works in the four-country corner.
Young art is encouraged
Andreas Ender goes on the search for special works that appeal to and convince him in social networks or at exhibitions in the four-country corner. Only invited artists have the opportunity to exhibit in Hohenems. This exhibition series is therefore called “SELECTed”. From the point of view of the gallery owner, this overall concept has great potential!
The gallery “gallery.T69” is currently showing 15 artists from Vorarlberg, Austria, Liechtenstein, Germany and Switzerland. In his opening speech, Andreas Ender presented almost all of the creators live and drew Amalia Villavicencio with the “young.ART Award”. The numerous people present, including Vice Mayor Mag. Patricia Tschallenerwere touched by the works of Nicholas Fitzwho turned a raid on him into art.
