The character Dehya, scheduled for Genshin Impact update 3.5, had her elemental skill and burst leaked. Newly revealed information showed the description of the entire Dehya kit.

While the characters Alhaitham and Yaoyao are being released today, with the debut of Genshin Impact 3.4, recent leaks have already revealed several data about the next ones to come. During the past few months, the character of Dehya has appeared several times in Sumeru’s history, where she has been introduced as a skilled warrior who belongs to the Hermits.

On the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit, Dehya’s entire kit was revealed. According to the leak, the character’s elemental skill will be called Molten Inferno and will deal Pyro AoE damage while creating a field effect called Fiery Sanctum. If this field is active, it will be possible to make a jump attack that will also deal Pyro AoE damage and recreate the Fiery Sanctum in its new position.

Enemies that are hit within the Fiery Sanctum field will take additional Pyro damage, while active characters that are affected by it will have more interrupt resistance. Regarding Dehya’s elemental burst, it will give additional resistance to interruption when entering the Blazing Lioness state, causing the character to throw away her weapon and switch to melee combat. During this effect, Pyro damage will be continuously dealt to nearby enemies.

At the end of the elemental explosion, Dehya will do a kick called Incineration Drive, which will deal a lot of Pyro AoE damage. This same ability will allow the Pyro user to reposition their Fiery Sanctum field.

Dehya’s skill kit will allow her to be main DPS, but will also make her have strong sub-DPS potential, as Fiery Sanctum remains on the field even if the character leaves. Dehya will be the first 5-star Pyro character to be released in the game after Yoimiya, who debuted in Update 2.0.

Launch and availability

The 5-star Pyro character Dehya will be released in Genshin Impact Update 3.5 and is expected to debut in the first half of March 2023.
