An owner explains in particular on Reddit to have found the glass “broken on its own” after a walk when the thermometer showed -15 degrees.
“I was walking my dog during the cold snap last week and pulled out my phone to take a picture. I then noticed many glare and reflections. I then wanted to wipe the camera lens and the glass was already broken. I found shards of glass in my pocket”confides this user who could not benefit from the guarantee, Google considering that it was physical damage.
Given the extent of the problem, the manufacturer should speak shortly to explain the origin of this mysterious damage.
