Nearly 600 people participated in this new edition of Personal Growth – PG2023 which has continued to innovate both in the OnSITE – Face-to-Face format, where capacity was completed at the Giants headquarters “Home of Giants” in Mlaga, a world reference team in eSPORTS, and through the Twitch channel in OnLINE format, with 510 people connected.
The conference was inaugurated by José María Arrabal – General Secretary of Sports of the Junta de Andalucía and also had the presence of Mara de Nova – General Director of Sports Promotion and Healthy Habits of the Andalusian Government. The first work session dealt with “Performance under Pressure in life and in the company”, in which the ISMAEL GALANCHODietitian for elite athletes, clinical nutrition, researcher and international congressman, as well as professor in various university master’s degrees, disseminator and development in R&D in sports supplementation. ROCO POMARESMaster in clinical psychology, Master in Human Resources and business organization, expert in sports psychology and specialized training in Systemic Therapy, former head of High Performance Psychology at FC Barcelona. They all discussed the work under pressure in sport and energy management to perform at the highest level in the company, offering tools that they use in their day to day to combat pressure.
The second session welcomed the “Athletes, coaches and managers: Performance under pressure”, in which they will participate JORGE AGUIRREcoach and professional tennis player, winner of the Open in 1994 and is currently Davidovich’s coach. Won four Grand Slam titles in the individual category, six in the doubles category and four in mixed doubles, in addition to four Olympic medals and five Federation Cup titles with the Spanish team. They all discussed performance and the systems they use under pressure to perform at the highest level, both in life and in sport.
