Andrea Llosa He has had to touch on subjects related to people from the show many times and, the vast majority of times, they have not taken it very well. But a special case was that of Elmer ‘Chico’ Yaipén, music producer and leader of the Team 5who in 2013 was the protagonist of the program ‘Never more‘, after a woman sued him for paternity.

On that occasion, Karina Paico from Chiclayo came out to ask the musician to recognize their supposed daughter. However, after undergoing a DNA test, it was found that Yaipén was not the father of the minor, which caused the lawsuit against her for paternity and alimony to be filed.

Faced with this situation, the member of Group 5 insinuated that the driver had received money from Paico to bring the case to light and favor her, which ended up getting him into another legal mess.

Andrea did not like these accusations at all and filed a lawsuit against Yaipén for defamation demanding the payment of 100 thousand soles. “What annoys me is that this gentleman insinuates that I sell myself for any money —which is false—, but he will have to prove it. I will not allow this defamation and I will not accept an apology either because my credibility is at stake”, declared the journalist at the time.

After a long legal battle, the Justice favored the host of the program ‘Nunca más’ and Elmer Yaipén had to pay her 30,000 soles as compensation, despite the fact that the journalist demanded 100,000, which she gave to Mrs. Paico, who He claimed Yaipén to recognize his daughter and assist her.

I do not accept his apologies, he will have to face the sentence, I am not interested in his money, because this man does not matter to me nor does he deserve any respect. If he wins, the money will be donated to the girl who grew up believing that he is her father.”, he had said before.

Grupo 5 is preparing to celebrate on March 31, April 1 and 2, the 50 years of Grupo 5 in a massive concert to be held at the San Marcos Stadium in Lima.
