GTA 6 is not close to release yet, but we expect an even more realistic and immersive experience than GTA 5. To achieve this, Rockstar could notably fix one of the biggest flaws of GTA 5 which concerns vehicles Game.
We recently learned that GTA 6 is bound to be delayed, but that doesn’t stop us from preparing for the release of the most anticipated game of the decade. The franchise’s next open-world installment could arrive in 2025 instead of 2024 as previously expected. GTA 6 will obviously be full of new content, but will also improve several aspects of GTA 5.
In particular, GTA 6 could fix one of Grand Theft Auto V’s biggest flaws pertaining to vehicles. Since the franchise began over 25 years ago, vehicles have always played a vital role in games. Cars are obviously the most important vehicles, but players can also drive motorcycles, fly planes or boats. These are precisely the boats that could have been worked on more in GTA 5.
GTA 6 might have more nautical gameplay off Vice City
With the exception of GTA Online multiplayer which recently had a critical and dangerous flaw, boats in GTA 5 have no real use. Few boats are available to players and they don’t add much to the gameplay. Water activities are actually more advanced in GTA Online.
We can therefore expect GTA 6 to offer interesting gameplay with boats. Boats would be all the more important as the game will probably take place in Vice City which is by the sea. Indeed, the huge leak of GTA 6 has revealed valuable information like the return to Vice City, two playable characters, various and varied weapons and more developed gameplay.
The GTA 6 leak had notably mentioned the possibility of shooting under water with adapted weapons. Swimming will still be a feature in GTA 6, but this will be the first time players will be able to battle enemies underwater. Logically, the boats should therefore also be more varied and useful in the next game from Rockstar Games.
