Un veteran producer of the ‘Halo’ series, Joseph Staten, who recently announced his departure from Microsoft, has now made it known through his Twitter page that he has just joined the division dedicated to the development of Netflix video games.

In addition to this being a major change for Staten and giving an idea of ​​​​Netflix’s ambition in the video game industry, the producer also indicated that the company is currently working on a cross-platform game that is also a completely new intellectual property.

“There is nothing about my work that I enjoy more than collaborating with others to build worlds filled with iconic characters, deep mysteries and endless adventures”can be read in the ‘tweet’. “So today I am very excited to announce that I have joined Netflix Games as the Creative Director of an all-new cross-platform AAA game and original intellectual property.”.

Remember that Staten worked at the original producer of ‘Halo’, Bungie, where he worked on the first three games of the series. The producer was also one of the main responsible for the online game ‘Destiny’, having left the studio shortly afterwards to join Microsoft where he was one of the responsible for ‘Halo Infinite’.
