Stéphanie Bertrand-Tassilly, who previously held the position of Global Chief Communications & CSR Officer, will now focus solely on managing a new department dedicated to CSR. Havas’s mission is to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people while bringing positive change in society as a whole. Bertrand-Tassilly’s role will be crucial in accelerating Havas’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) journey. In this position, she will use her wealth of expertise gained from her past experiences at Prisma Media to strengthen and deploy the group’s sustainability strategy. Bertrand-Tassilly will structure and coordinate the CSR resources in the markets where Havas operates, ensuring exceptional collaboration across the network, and leveraging global resources in how clients are supported. She will also be a member of the Executive Committee.

Charlotte Rambaud, who has been Chief of Staff to Has CEO, Yannick Bolloré, for the past three years, has been appointed Global Chief Communications Officer. In this role, Rambaud will oversee all the external and internal communications for Havas with a focus on further developing the brand in the marketplace. She will work closely with the Creative, Media and Health divisions to coordinate all communications efforts across the world. Rambaud has developed strong advisory skills through the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies for major international clients while serving as Director at Havas Paris since 2016. Since 2020, she has been at the heart of the group’s transformation as Chief of Staff to Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas and Chairman of Vivendi. Rambaud will also be a member of the Executive Committee.

Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas, congratulated Bertrand-Tassilly and Rambaud on their new roles and expressed his excitement about their contribution to expanding the company’s CSR and Communications strategies.
