The president-elect, accompanied by his entourage, toured this morning the coastline of the Government Palace, where those in charge of the organization finalize the details of the main ceremony, scheduled for Tuesday morning.
“We have made a tour of the infrastructure that is being set up for the oath of August 15. The president himself attended, he was watching the movements, the program that is going to be developed, his inaugural speech, etc.”, commented José María González Ávila, executive coordinator of the Presidential Command Transmission Commission.
He indicated that the objective is that this first speech is not so extensive, that it includes the axes of his Government, purposes and programs, in a short time.

Some business delegations have already arrived, other foreign authorities will do so over the weekend and others on Monday.
Argentina; Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva from Brazil, Luis Lacalle Pou from Uruguay, Luis Arce Catacora from Bolivia and Gabriel Boric from Chile, as well as the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves will come to Paraguay.
In addition, the official delegations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), El Salvador and Ecuador will be headed by their vice presidents, William Lai Ching-Te, Felix Ulloa and Alfredo Borrero Vega, respectively. Other 100 countries will also send their representatives.
