After reading their rights, Ángel Alexis V., 23, and Martín Merleclarense JR, 25, were charged before the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) for the probable violation of the federal law on firearms and explosives.
The control judge found enough evidence to declare the detention of both people legal and, as it was a serious crime, he ordered them to be remanded in custody, for which they were sent to the Social Reintegration Center (Cereso) Number 3.
