The newborn kittens Zack and his brother Ozzy were found by a cat association in Klagshamn outside Malmö almost two years ago. Since they were ten weeks old, they have had their home with Gerd Fredriksson and Ola Waldt in Anderslöv.
Last Easter, Zack showed an unexpected side – his penchant for Easter decorations.
– He stole Easter feathers from the neighbors and put them under the sofa, says Gerd Fredriksson.
Secured with cable ties
He is completely uninterested in live birds or mice. This year he has rekindled his interest in Easter decorations and has collected even more feathers.
– The nearest neighbors have now secured their springs with cable ties, says Gerd, who has not noticed any sour faces from the robbed neighbours.
Brother Ozzy also has an unusual hobby. He carries home leaves.
– I don’t know why they do this, maybe it’s something in the genes, says Gerd Fredriksson.
“Perhaps finished with Easter decorations”
But she doesn’t know how she’s going to get Zack to leave the neighbors’ Easter decorations alone next Easter.
– It may be the end of Easter decorations now, at least on our street.
