As the public prosecutor and the police explained on Tuesday, witnesses had alerted the police on Monday when, around 7:50 p.m. on Ebertstrasse, several people involved in front of a snack bar near Heinrich-König-Platz two 28 and 21-year-old men from Marl hit, kicked and put their lives in danger have hurt.
