The report pointed out that the departments with the highest number of municipalities without violent deaths They were Boyacá (98 municipalities), Cundinamarca (66), Santander (62), Nariño (22) and Norte de Santander (18).
Police attributed the decrease in homicides to the processes that have been carried out in the last six months of the year, in which seized 9,423 illegal firearms, 319,012 bladed weapons and timely attention in the face of 319,012 fights.
