How to use ChatGPT on WhatsApp?

At the moment, ChatGPT does not offer a mobile application
But you can use OpenAI’s chatbot on WhatsApp through third-party services
There are already several and it seems to suit a lot of Internet users

ChatGPT quickly seduced Internet users. And if some use it just for fun or for experimentation, others have already integrated it as a work tool. The only problem is that at the moment OpenAI does not offer an app mobile for its chatbot. But the good news is that if you want to use ChatGPT on a native mobile app (and not OpenAI’s mobile website), you can communicate with the chatbot directly on WhatsApp.

This service is not offered directly by OpenAI, but by developers who use the ChatGPT API to offer it on WhatsApp. And among the developers who already offer this service, there is Shmooz.ai. And if you want to start having ChatGPT on your WhatsApp inbox through Shmooz.ai, it’s very simple.

How to have ChatGPT on WhatsApp?

To get started, you need to go to the site of Shmooz.ai on your smartphone (on which WhatsApp is already installed)
Once on it, you must press the “Start Shmoozing” button

A pop-up appears (on Android), indicating that the WhatsApp account has been found. On it, tap on “Continue to discussion”

WhatsApp opens a chat with “Shmooz AI” and you just have to send the pre-filled message “Let’s shmooz” to start the conversation

A welcome message then tells you that by continuing to use this bot, you agree to the terms of use.

You can start interacting with Shmooz AI on WhatsApp, just like you would on ChatGPT

And in addition to the chatbot function, Shmooz also offers an image generator
To use it, just type “Image:” followed by your prompt

If you use WhatsApp a lot, having ChatGPT integrated on it can come in really handy. Unfortunately, this service is not free (normal, since the Open AI API it uses is paid). After the first 20 requests, the chatbot asks you to take out a $9.99 subscription which allows you to have an unlimited number of messages, and to take advantage of a more advanced AI.

Note that other developers already offer the same service on WhatsApp. Among these, there is WizAI, BuddyGPT, Mobile GPT or WhatGPT. In any case, in the absence of an official ChatGPT mobile application, the demand is quite high for this type of service. One of these developers, WizAI (its subscription is 2 dollars), already claims more than 53,000 users, and more than 830,000 messages sent by its robot on WhatsApp.
