Female, Stéphanie Durant spoke about how the pregnancy – or rather the months that followed – was difficult for her: “Frankly, it’s true that I’m one of those people that if I’m not well in my body, I’m not well in my head. The first months after giving birth were very complicated in relation to that”, she began before revealing. I gained 17 kg. It’s fine but I’m still small in size, I’m very critical with my body too and unfortunately my complex is the stomach and there the stomach, it was complicated. When I’m not well in my body, in my head it doesn’t follow.”

“I was not in the mood”

Stéphanie Durant finds a simple explanation for her complicated physical state: “With fatigue I couldn’t get back to a good diet. I was not in the mood and it was complicated. And it’s true that I’m always dressed up, I always like to have my hair done, to be made up. Feeling good is super important to me and it’s true that the first few times it was really complicated. Two or three months ago it was complicated.” Nevertheless, a little over a year later, the young woman managed to get out of this torpor, as she reveals:It was in September that I lost well, that I redid my sport, my diet and that I felt better. Because I have my little routine, because I feel better in my body.”
