Since separating from his wife Anna-Carina Woitschack last year, Stefan Mross has again been struggling with the allegation of an alcohol problem. In an interview, he now positions himself clearly – and so does his new girlfriend.
Playa del Carmen – moderator, trumpeter and pop singer Stefan Mross (47) apparently survived the separation from his wife Anna-Carina Woitschack (30) in November 2022. He is now happily in a relationship with Eva Luginger (35).
Girlfriend Eva Luginger defends him
After his ex hinted in an interview that Mross had slipped into “old behaviors” before the breakup, fans worried about the musician. He clears the rumours now in the “image” interview on. In it he says: “I don’t have a drinking problem! But this is a topic that has accompanied me throughout my career. People always take a close look when I’m standing somewhere with a beer.” Luginger supports the statements of her partner: “I’m more the one who says when cooking, let’s have a glass of wine in the evening. And Stefan then says, I don’t need that now.”
The first meeting of the two took place with alcohol, as Luginger reports: “In December we saw each other drinking mulled wine. Then it sparked between us. I quickly realized that we go well together.” Both have now moved in together and are in the process of their respective divorces. Mross: “We’ve both been in the year of separation since September. It will be a double divorce, so to speak.”

From 2016 to 2022, Mross was with the 17-year-old singer Anna-Carina Woitschack. In 2019 he had proposed to her on television, and the wedding also took place live on TV, with Florian Silbereisen (41) as best man. The separation of the two came as a surprise to most fans and made waves in the hit scene accordingly.
