Răzvan Dragomir, the father of Roberta, a young woman killed by Vlad Pascu, who was under the influence of drugs, on May 2, reacted after reading the transcripts from the prosecutors’ report that led to the preventive arrest of the boy’s mother, Miruna Pascu.

“Following these transcripts, I have a request to Mrs. Miruna to stop with nonsense and accept her fate, just as, for 29 days, we too, who lost our children, with difficulty, but we accept that our children are not I’m going back home, don’t go through the door again. Stop the influence. In parentheses, the money to various prosecutors,” declared Răzvan Dragomir, at Antenna 3 CNN.
“For better or for worse, her child lives, she is alive, everyone has to pay.”
Roberta’s father made serious accusations against the prosecutor handling the case on May 2.
“To the prosecutor from Mangalia, I don’t even want to waste her name, she is outdated and must let others apply the law. Shame on you, lady! Don’t let the lawyers, don’t give them access to the file. First and foremost to clean up in your yard, in Mangalia, with the policemen smeared and corrupted by Mihai Pascu. Yes, ma’am, by the one who defies everyone,” accused Roberta’s father.
The grieving father says that Miruna Pascu is actually acting and is outraged that she dreams of her boy being free while Roberta and Sebi will never return home.
“And I really have a question for Mr. Mihai Pascu. Does it somehow also defy my daughter’s death? It’s a personal question and I’m really waiting for an answer. I’m not talking about drugs. Is there anyone to take care of these two idiots, Miruna and Mihai Pascu, especially Mrs. Miruna. I would ask her to stop with the masquerade, with the crying.
I invite them again to the cemetery, to my child, then to the college where there were some children, and Roberta and Sebi, some good, decent, respectful children, not like the beast they raised. And they want her free to what? To start over? To kill again”, said Răzvan Dragomir, on Antena 3 CNN.
Roberta’s father suspects that Miruna Pascu wants to use her money and influence to make his child escape.
“I also have one more question. From those transcripts, what does Mrs. Miruna want to do? To delay the process as much as possible, possibly the beast under house arrest and until when? Has anyone noticed until Mrs. Miruna wants? Until he turns 21 years and 1 day. Question: why? Let them disappear in the USA or Canada,” Răzvan Dragomir said.
Miruna Pascu, the mother of the 19-year-old boy who, being drugged, killed two young men on May 2, was remanded in custody, being accused by the prosecutors of having threatened a young woman from her son’s entourage that she would publish compromising data about her if she will denounce him.
Adrian Nedea, the lawyer of Miruna Pascu, said that she has already contested the decision on preventive arrest.
“Vlad Pascu is in custody, his father is under judicial control, his mother is under preventive arrest. It’s a dramatic situation for the whole family (…) The parents are divorced, they have a minor child alone at home”, said Miruna Pascu’s lawyer. He refused to answer the journalists’ questions, saying that “in the next period” Miruna Pascu will issue a statement in which she will express her point of view.
“From the investigations it emerged that, consciously and deliberately, the defendant (no – Miruna Pascu) exerted pressure to morally constrain a person, in order to make him not give witness statements or make false statements, in a case instrumented by DIICOT – Constanța Territorial Service regarding the crimes of illegal possession of dangerous drugs for personal consumption”, says DIICOT.
The magistrates of the Bucharest Court also issued preventive arrest warrants for the three young men who supplied Vlad Pascu with drugs. It is about Tudor Duma, suspected of supplying drugs to Vlad Pascu and the one who broke into the Floreasca Hospital pharmacy shortly before he was picked up and taken to DIICOT for questioning, as well as about Ștefan Ciprian and Costin Antonio Constantin.
“It was noted that, between January and September 2023, the defendants repeatedly possessed and traded high-risk and high-risk drugs. From the investigations, it emerged that two of the defendants were the main source of supply for the third, who purchased larger quantities, which he later sold in the form of doses”, says DIICOT in a statement sent on Friday.
Vlad Pascu is arrested in the case in which he is accused of culpable homicide, culpable bodily harm, driving under the influence of prohibited substances and leaving the scene of the accident without the consent of the police, after he killed two students on May 2, being drugged.
Mihai Pascu, the father of the 19-year-old, was placed under judicial control for non-compliance with the weapons and ammunition regime after, during searches on Thursday morning, illegally possessed ammunition was allegedly found at his home. Upon exiting the hearings at DIICOT, Mihai Pascu, nervous, rode his motorcycle into the group of journalists present in front of the institution.
The August 18 accident revealed shocking details. Vlad Pascu had been stopped by the police twice – the day before the tragedy, at a filter, and the same night. He was allowed to leave the police station without being drug tested even though drugs were found in his car and the car did not have valid RCA insurance. Less than an hour later, Vlad Pascu caused the accident.
