Online procedure

Enter the IMSS website in the digital services section. It is recommended to have your CURP and a personal email on hand.

Enter and fill in the fields that are requested.

The documents required are:

  • CURP for each member of the family to add.
  • Social Security Number (SSN) for each member of the family to be added.
  • Email.
  • Data to answer the medical questionnaire provided by the IMSS.

Face-to-face procedure

You must go to the sub-delegation that most corresponds to you, according to your address, during business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The documents required are:

  • CURP for each member of the family to add.
  • Social Security Number (SSN) for each member of the family to be added.
  • Email.
  • Data to answer the medical questionnaire provided by the IMSS.
  • Current official identification of the owner of the family group. Original and copy.
  • Proof of address of the owner of the family group. Original and Copy.
