Independiente will announce tomorrow at a press conference that will take place from 12:30 p.m. at the Libertadores de América-Ricardo Enrique Bochini stadium the beginning of the proposed and coordinated collection of money by the influencer Santiago Maratea, whose objective is to lift the million-dollar debts that the institution maintains with foreign entities and with footballers who passed through the club.

In the presentation, Maratea will be accompanied by a historical figure from the Avellaneda club, such as the former goalkeeper and coach, Miguel Ángel Santoro.

During the act, every detail will be specified in order to move towards the desired objective. “If everything goes well, by next Sunday, before the game with Belgrano, from Córdoba, in Avellaneda, we will already be halfway through the collection,” the influencer ventured.

One of the essential elements of this collection demanded by Maratea is that the money collected will not go through Independiente, but will go directly to the respective creditors, starting with the three footballers who went through the club, the Uruguayan Gastón Silva, the Ecuadorian Fernando Gaibor and the Chilean nationalized Tucuman Pablo Hernández.
