Patchwork trip or love comeback?
That’s what the fans and followers of influencers are asking themselves Farina Opoku (31), who diligently posts about her Dubai break on her Instagram account. Because someone else is vacationing in the desert paradise: her (still) husband of all people DJ Jeezy, civil Pouya Yari. And he also shares his holiday album: from Dubai.
At the end of 2022, the influencer surprisingly announced the separation from her husband on Instagram after a photo of the DJ appeared online showing him kissing someone else. Ironically, where now both Farina and her ex are escaping the winter again – in Dubai!

They also made a family trip there in December, but while Farina stayed in the hotel in the evening and looked after their daughter Nola (5 months), her ex indulged in the blatant foreign flirt!
On Instagram, she then shared with her 1.9 million followers: “I’m not a hardened person, but very composed. Because that’s not a thing that’s surprising or a huge shock either. I’ve prepared myself and leave the sinking ship with my head held high.”
She also gave an insight into the broken marriage with the musician: “The relationship was always up and down. I’m not deaf and I’m not blind and a lot of unforgivable things happened (…).”
What did she mean by that? As early as 2019, a year after their civil wedding, recordings appeared that are supposed to show Jeezy kissing strangers – again in Dubai! In any case, the supposedly notorious stranger flirt seems to like it there …
Now both are back at the same time in exactly the place that caused their relationship so much suffering and rightly some fans are now asking: Is this a coincidence or maybe a reconciliation trip?

After all, Jeezy sounded almost hopeful shortly after separating from Farina, explaining in his statement about the foreign flirt photo: “I love my wife and my daughter. That will never change. Now it’s about creating a better version of myself and thank God I have a strong circle around me for that, time will tell about the rest.”
And Farina? She actually seemed steadfast and satisfied with her decision, but also admitted in her separation statement that she had given her ex chances in the past and “believed in the good and never gave up hope”.
Whether the influencer gave her husband another chance or whether the two are just in the same place at the same time to take care of their daughter Nola – that remains her secret for the time being.
