Now will “Crime scene”-Star Jorg Hartman (53) to Jörg BARTmann …

The actor himself wrote the 22nd case of Dortmund investigator Faber (“You stay here”, Sunday, 8.15 p.m., ARD), thus creating an exciting film monument for his hometown of Herdecke.

Some scenes are set in the familiar surroundings of his childhood and adolescence. You can feel the heart and soul that Hartmann put into the story as the author of the case (with screenplay expert Jürgen Werner).

Hartmann looked like never before during the shoot – with a full beard, as is otherwise known from Reinhold Messner (78)! So far, the scruffy commissioner has only been seen badly shaved with stubble.

Do fans and friends still recognize him? Hartmann to BILD: “It didn’t work out completely incognito during the shoot either. A spectator on the street, also wearing sunglasses, asked: ‘What are the criminals doing in Dortmund, Herr Inspector?’ Maybe the beard wasn’t long enough.”

The “crime scene” story of “You stay here”

Case 22, like many of the often gloomy Dortmund “crime scenes”, gets under your skin. It is a return to a world of despair and dark thoughts that Faber actually wanted to say goodbye to.

It is the first case after the death of his longtime colleague Martina Bönisch (played by Anna Schudt, 48). The otherwise indestructible chief inspector is not yet ready for the service; sick leave.

When a large pool of blood without a body is discovered in a Dortmund park, colleagues Rosa Herzog (Stefanie Reinsperger, 34) and Jan Pawlak (Rick Okon, 33) first have to search for clues. But a real estate shark from the area, who has made a lot of enemies with some crooked deals, quickly goes missing.

Faber sticks to his last remaining friend, his Opel Manta. And consoles himself through dreary days with old cassette music. In general, the thriller manages to convey a Ruhrpott feeling for which there seems to be little room in a modern world.

Hairdressing salons with drying hoods and nice ladies who pass the time there with chats and cakes. But then Faber catches up with his own story again – in the form of his father, whom “Tatort” fans didn’t know until now. What does Josef Faber (Wolfgang Rüter, 72), who is struggling with dementia, have to do with the case?

Conclusion: It is a successful 22nd “crime scene” from Dortmund! 90 minutes of real Ruhrpott feeling with a badly shaven but brilliant Jörg Hartmann as a stand-up inspector from another crime era.
