Apple’s online services have experienced many technical problems this month, with a new bug reported by several people (Twitter, Reddit, etc.). Some users say that their Apple devices give them constantly ask for Apple ID password and login fails even after entering the password.

Others are also logged out of their Apple ID, no possibility to reconnect. These repeated issues have raised customer concerns about the security of their personal information and created widespread frustration.

Although the number of people affected is not known, reports on Twitter come mainly from Brazil and Japan. Some have also reported that their subscription to Apple TV+ had disappearedwithout explanation, preventing them from using the platform.

Yet Apple’s System Status website does not report any issues affecting Apple ID. This does not prevent users from continuing to report problems with their account, as we have seen on Twitter Or on Reddit. This problem seems to affect all versions of iOS and even some Macs and iPads.

This isn’t the first time Apple’s services have experienced technical issues this month. Apple’s Weather app was down for several days, and several online services were inaccessible to users for hours on April 5.

If you are affected by this issue of constantly asking for Apple ID password, there are several solutions you can try to solve the problem:

  1. Reset Apple ID password.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Check if you entered your Apple ID and password correctly.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect.
  5. Update the operating system.

If none of the solutions mentioned above work, you can always try to contact Apple support for help, but it is a priori a problem on the side of Apple’s servers, which should solve the problem shortly.
