Miguel Merentiel is close to becoming the new striker for Colo Colo. The Palmeiras attacker is looking for more minutes of play.
The departure of Juan Martín Lucero from Colo Colo meant that Blanco y Negro had to look for a replacement. Thus, and so far the name of Miguel Merentiel is the one to occupy the position left by the Gato.
The 26-year-old Uruguayan footballer was trained at Peñarol in Uruguay, to later be loaned out at El Tanque Sisley. After passing through said cast, the attacker had the opportunity to go abroad, where he played for Lugo and Valencia Mestalla, Valencia subsidiary.
