Mexico City.- It is completely false that the lawsuit for moral damages filed by Gloria Trevi against Chumel Torres has been dismissed or dismissed by a judge.

This was explained by Sergio Arturo Ramírez, Gloria Trevi’s lawyer, who regretted that the information in this regard is distorted and diverts from its purpose.

“Due to procedural strategy, I cannot give information about the mechanics by which the lawsuit is going to be conducted, what I do tell you is that it is one hundred percent false that it has been discarded. On the contrary, you will find a greater amount of new evidence that they will be able to determine the responsibility, both psychological, emotional and family, of which Mrs. Gloria Trevi has been subjected,” Ramírez said in an interview.

The singer’s defense declined to give more details, considering it a legal issue that should not be delved into, in order not to hinder the case.

Last week, the representative of Ramírez Penilla Medina Delgado Abogados filed a lawsuit with the Office of Parties of the Civil Courts of the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City for the mentions that Torres has made on his social networks, about his client, in reference to issues of corruption of minors and human trafficking.

Chumel Torres, without revealing the process and strategy of his team of lawyers, lamented the media circus in this regard, and said that he was not concerned at all with the issue.

This Thursday it emerged in the media that Gloria Trevi’s lawsuit had been dismissed by a judge, however, the interpreter’s lawyer clarified the situation.
