Career of Verena Kerth
Verena Kerth was born in Munich. As a student, she completed some internships at “Radio NRJ” and “TV Munich”.
After school, Verena began training as a management assistant. She also worked as a barmaid in the Munich cult party spot “P1”. There she met football legend Oliver Kahn. Scandal: For Verena, the footballer left his wife Simone, who was heavily pregnant at the time.

The couple dated from 2003 to 2008. After that, Oli returned to Simone before the marriage finally failed in 2009.
What’s it like being labeled the Kahn ex? Verena:
In the beginning, it bothered me to always be pigeonholed. Now I don’t care. I am an independent woman, have my business and do my thing.
Her thing: moderation! The likeable native of Munich has been on the radio since 2004 and is also often seen on TV: she presented the music shows “The Dome” and “Top of the Pops”.
From 2009 to 2013, Verena was in a relationship with Martin Krug, a film producer and ex-husband of Veronica Ferres. In 2022, Verena made her relationship with Marc Terenzi public. The couple have known each other for at least 20 years, but it only sparked now.
The presenter stayed away from reality formats overall. Only occasionally did she appear on “Dancing on Ice”, “The Perfect Celebrity Dinner”, “Celebrities on Package Holidays”, “Menschen bei Maischberger”.
In 2023 it finally works: From January 13th, Verena will be there Claudia Effenberg as the second Munich It Girl on “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” on RTL. Will she get some advice from her Marc, who was king of the jungle in 2017 and is accompanying her this year? Or is the jungle too much for Verena?
Because: The Australian bush is pretty wild compared to Munich. “I’ve never had anything to do with clothes dryers and queues,” says the blonde. And yet she plans to become the “bitch queen”.
