Fermentation of food is considered to be one of the oldest methods of preserving food while preserving valuable nutrients.

The master of microorganisms, active since 2013, Sanjay Bösch (Bacteriosapiens)will teach the participants the healthy preservation of regional vegetables in the form of fermentation.

Thanks to the fermentation, products are created with valuable ingredients that not only taste delicious, but also support a healthy intestinal flora and our overall health.

The course includes: Theoretical and practical introduction to the fermentation of vegetables, detailed tasting of various products, package of manufactured products to take away, vegetables to process and the script to read.

Please bring your own with you: Cutting board, knife and 3x approx. 500ml glass, no matter what closures.

The course is for those who want to enjoy healthy local food all year round, want to conserve food in a healthy and cost-effective way, or simply enjoy creating their own creative pantry.
