In January are singers Pietro Lombardi (30) and his fiancée, Laura Maria Rypa (27), have become parents and showed their happiness with sweet photos on Instagram. And also revealed the name of the little one: Leano Romeo!
In addition to the double name, other suggestions were also on Laura’s wish list. And now she shares it on Instagram. In a recent question and answer session, one of her 787,000 followers asked, “Do you have any other favorites?”
She had! They read:
“Amando, Dario, Amelio, Leano, Levin, Luan, Livio, Romeo,” reveals the influencer. A pattern can be seen: O endings and L as the first letter. In the end it was a mix of both: Leano Romeo!
Pietro and Laura agreed on that. In an October episode of their joint Podcasts “ON-OFF” had not yet found a common denominator. SHE wanted Nathan or Jaden, HE found the names pretty wrong.

In the question and answer session there is even more information about life as a new mom. She particularly wants to use the early days with the little one, putting her work on the back burner. Living together with Laura’s two dogs Akira and Mia works great. But Laura and Pietro can’t break through yet: Mini-Lombardi wakes up every three hours and is hungry.
Good news! Because the time after the birth was anything but easy for the couple. Laura suffered a ruptured membrane, the subsequent birth lasted eleven hours. Her son was born six weeks early.
Leano Romeo had to spend two weeks in the hospital with mom as a premature baby, until he finally went to his cozy home and to Papa Pietro.
It is Laura’s first child and Pietro’s second. Son Alessio (7) comes from his first marriage with a singer Sarah Engels (30).
