José Aarón Gallo Arellanes, director of the real estate area of ​​American Industries, stated that American Industries Chihuahua will be an important trigger for the development pole in the southeast of Chihuahua.

He pointed out that for 40 years American Industries has developed industrial parks in the northern zone and Bajío and American Industries Chihuahua is the Group’s 16th park.

In the first area of ​​influence, American Industries Chihuahua has availability of more than 21 thousand people with availability to work and in a second area with 40 thousand 110 people.

The park will have power availability, underground services, a centralized fire control system, an access booth, excellent access roads, and the guarantee of the American Industries Group.

Meanwhile, Alejandro Lara, from the Council of American Industries, pointed out that American Industries Chihuahua is a strategic project as it is multimodal.

He explained that the infrastructure will be key for the city, since it is located just 4 km from the airport, close to the railway lines and a short distance from the bypass to Ciudad Juárez, which will allow the easy arrival and departure of goods for the market of USA.
